The journey of Atiye Laçin Gıda started in 2004, influenced by the discovery of the world's largest Mevlevihane, the Gallipoli Mevlevihanesi. In Mevlevi; Based on the philosophy that says ''eating less is a delicious treat'', we began producing flour-free, fat-free, sugar-free, and gluten-free vegan Mevlevi Dessert according to the old ritual. We are working to present the color, smell, and nutritional values of our unique flavors produced with traditional methods from natural products grown naturally in the Troy region.
